Exchange or refund policiesIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at the O'lou online store, we will be happy to exchange or refund you as soon as possible. In addition, you must send us your complaint within 10 days of receipt of your package. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be authorized.

Return procedure Before returning an item, please contact us by email at contact@olou-shop.com. All returned merchandise must be sent at your expense to our workshop at1620 Orleans Avenue, H1W3R3, Montreal, Canada and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Any damaged part cannot be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the prescribed period.After-sales warrantyThis warranty does not apply to the consequences of accidents, negligence or non-compliance with maintenance or use instructions.
