Exchange or refund policies 


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at the O'lou Online Store, we will be pleased to make an exchange or refund as soon as possible. In addition, you must send us your complaint within 10 days of receipt of your package. Beyond this period, no exchange or refund will be allowed.

Return procedure


Before returning an item, please contact us by email at contact@olou-shop.com. All returned merchandise must be sent at our expense to our workshop at

1620 avenue d'Orleans, H1W3R3, Montreal, Canada

and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any damaged part can not be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the prescribed time.

After sales warranty

This warranty does not apply to the consequences of accidents, negligence or non-compliance with the instructions for maintenance or use.
